Lion Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lion Jackpot:Match 3 King, Android package com.lionmatchking.rewards (the “App”), provided by the Lion Jackpot team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them before using the App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for using the App in accordance with applicable law. This age requirement does not mean that the App performs identity or age verification for every player.

2. Permission to use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. This permission does not transfer ownership of the App, its content or any virtual items. You are responsible for your device, internet connection and any charges from your network provider.

3. Gameplay and virtual items

The App lets you match animal tiles, complete levels, use boosters and collect virtual gameplay rewards. Availability, amounts and conditions may depend on the level, game configuration or the offer shown in the App.

• All coins, points, reward balances, boosters and similar items exist only within the game. They are not currency, a bank balance, an investment or a debt owed to you.
• A currency symbol, a “cash” or “cash out” label, a reward animation, or completing a level does not create an entitlement to payment. The current version does not offer real-money withdrawals, transfers or redemption.
• You may not sell, transfer or exchange virtual items for money or other value outside the App. No income or financial return is promised by playing.
• The App does not accept bets, wagers or deposits for a chance to win money. It is not a gambling service.
• We may correct rewards or balances obtained through errors, duplication, fraud or misuse. Any changes remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

4. Advertisements and optional rewards

The App may display startup, interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements supplied by third parties. A rewarded offer requires the applicable completion conditions and a successful reward confirmation from the ad service. Opening, skipping or partially viewing an ad does not by itself qualify for a reward.

Ad availability and delivery can vary by region, network connection, device and provider. We do not guarantee that a particular ad or reward offer will always be available. Advertising content and linked services are operated by their respective providers; contact us if an ad or reward behaves unexpectedly.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use cheats, bots, unauthorized automation or modified clients to manipulate gameplay, rewards, advertisements or usage measurements;
• exploit bugs, falsify identifiers or feedback, interfere with the service, or access systems or data without permission;
• use the App for fraud, unlawful conduct, harassment or infringement of another person’s rights;
• copy, resell, distribute or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Report problems through the support address below rather than exploiting them.

6. Progress, device storage and privacy

Gameplay progress, settings and virtual items are stored locally on your device. Online configuration and service records do not constitute a guaranteed cloud backup of that progress. Clearing storage, uninstalling the App, changing devices or a device failure may cause loss of local progress. Device backup and restore behavior depends on your operating system.

The App also uses online, advertising, attribution, analytics and feedback services. Read the Lion Privacy Policy for information about data processing, provider access and deletion requests. Deleting the App does not automatically delete information previously sent to online services.

7. Intellectual property and feedback

The App’s software, artwork, characters, names, graphics, audio and other content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except for the permission in these Terms and rights granted by law, you receive no rights to use or distribute that material.

If you send suggestions or feedback, you permit us to use those suggestions to maintain and improve the App without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of your personal information or change the protections described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

App marketplaces, advertising providers and external websites may have their own terms. You are responsible for reviewing them before using those services. We do not control external content or promise the performance of third-party services. No advertisement or external offer changes the virtual-only nature of Lion Jackpot’s rewards.

9. Updates, availability and ending use

We may update, rebalance, maintain, suspend or discontinue features for operational, security or legal reasons. The App needs online services for some functions, and uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Updates may be necessary to continue using the service.

We may restrict access or revoke permission to use the App for material violations of these Terms or to address fraud or security threats. Where required by law, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue. You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it. Provisions that by their nature continue to apply, such as intellectual-property protections and applicable liability rules, survive the end of use.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that it will meet every expectation, remain continuously available or be free of defects. We do not promise earnings, a financial benefit or permanent retention of virtual items.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer guarantees, liability for fraud, or other rights and remedies protected by applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms and disputes

We may revise these Terms as the App changes. The updated date above identifies the current version. We will provide any notice or obtain any agreement required by applicable law before material changes take effect. If you do not accept updated Terms, stop using the App.

Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms removes your right to use courts, regulators or other remedies available under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain applicable. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
